Cancelled Appointments

Our policy for failed or cancelled appointments is as follows:

A significant amount of valuable clinical time is wasted when an appointment is not attended; time which could otherwise have been allocated for the treatment of other patients.

CANCELLED appointments will incur a charge if less than 24 hours’ notice is given. If it is not possible to keep an appointment please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the appointment time to someone else.
